Merle Lee is a certified health and wellness coach, fitness expert, and former health club owner, manager, and trainer with over three decades of experience. Holding an MBA in marketing, Merle brings a unique blend of business insight and wellness expertise to clients through MLWellness. With a holistic approach, Merle helps individuals achieve fitness from the inside out, emphasizing that true wellness goes beyond physical conditioning—it requires a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
Guiding clients through programs such as the 90-day and 21-day WildFit challenges, Merle addresses the root of wellness by transforming clients’ relationships with food and helping them achieve healthier weight goals. “Wellness and fitness go hand in hand; you really can’t maintain one without the other,” Merle says, recognizing that while we know what to do to get fit, maintaining that state often proves elusive as habits slip.
Merle’s philosophy is rooted in meeting clients where they are, addressing the realities of life where ideal conditions like stable jobs, supportive relationships, and access to healthy resources are often lacking. MLWellness takes a gentle, nurturing approach, guiding clients through wellness transitions at their pace, with appropriate movement and lifestyle adjustments tailored to their unique circumstances.
