It’s about way more than eating salads and giving up your favorite foods! WILDFIT is about getting more conscious about our emotional responses to what we consume. While the program focuses on our relationship with food, these skills can transfer into other areas of life such as our relationships with people, sleep, addictions, habits, exercise, etc… The more we learn about our emotional responses and our internal dialogue when it comes to food, the more we can become aware of our responses to other situations in life, take back our control, and shift our negative patterns into supportive habits of personal growth.
